Data Handling Reference

A precise account of what information is captured, stored and processed.

01. Inputs captured

An order captures your name, email, shipping/billing address and payment details at checkout. A secondary data set is logged automatically — approximate location, browser identifier, and pages accessed.

02. Processing purpose

  • Fulfillment: packing, shipping and tracking your unit.
  • Communication: confirmations, shipping updates, support replies.
  • Optimization: refining product pages and checkout flow.
  • Fraud detection at the point of sale.

03. Third-party access

Personal data is not sold. It is disclosed only to vendors required to operate the shop — payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers — each limited to the minimum required scope.

04. Session cookies

Cookies persist cart state, maintain login sessions, and flag underperforming pages. Disabling them in-browser is possible, though checkout function may degrade.

05. Security controls

Checkout traffic is encrypted via SSL. Card data is processed entirely by PCI-DSS-compliant payment partners; full card numbers are never stored on internal servers.

06. Data rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of held personal data at any time. Marketing communications include an unsubscribe mechanism in the footer of every message.
