In-stock orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Orders logged after 2:00 PM Central European Time (CET) ship the following business day; tracking is issued on dispatch.

A tracking identifier is issued by email at dispatch. Activation may take up to 24 hours; a static status on day one is within normal parameters.
Orders shipped outside the European Union may incur customs fees or import duties assessed by local authorities. These costs are the recipient's responsibility and are excluded from the order total.
If tracking has not updated within 10 days, or a parcel is marked delivered without arrival, contact support. A carrier claim is filed and a replacement is dispatched pending resolution.
